We offer a Tenant Finding Service where we will find the tenants for your property and draw out the contract with the terms agreed, Lets Move will deal with the deposits through mydeposits.co.uk. This service option gives the landlord full control of the property and gives the landlord the opportunity to get to know the tenants on a more personal basis through regular contact. This will be a landlord – tenant relationship and if there is any problems the tenants will inform the landlord direct. The landlord will deal with collecting the rent every month as well as any maintenance and repairs.
