A family business that has been in Property Management for over twenty five years, specialising in student and professional accommodation in Leeds.

Finding the right house can be very stressful and that’s why our trained advisors are always on hand to ensure that your moving experience is a pleasant one. Many of our tenants stay with us until the end of their university life, moving house each year having made friends, whilst others are content to remain in their first property as this saves all the hassle of moving, looking for another property and going through all the paperwork again and again.

We are here to help you find a better home and enjoy your time in Leeds and most of all let you study in peace rather than having to contact landlords about the boilers not working or the doors falling off. We ensure all our properties meet Unipol Code of standards and all properties have Gas/Electric and Energy Efficiency Certificates, so they are safe for you to move in.

We offer a 24 hour Maintenance Service for your peace of mind, so if there is any problem we will always be within reach.
